The Reincarnation of Keynesian Economics

The championship of this postal service is the championship of a short, relatively obscure paper I wrote 20 years ago.  Here is the working newspaper version; here is the published (gated) version.  To my surprise, Paul Krugman cites it over at his blog, but Scott Sumner wonders whether Paul actually read it.  In whatever event, it is delightful to come across somebody shout out upwards such an quondam paper.
